The App is operated by Michał Dubiel Softec, ul. Bolesława Orlińskiego 6/119, 31-878 Kraków, Poland ("we", "us", or "our").

Personal Information

The App does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number.

Automatically Collected Information

The App may collect and process the following data:

• Device identifiers
• Unity Authentication user identifiers
• Google Play Games identifiers (used for authentication)
• Gameplay-related data such as:
  • number of games played
  • number of games won
  • game duration
  • highest scores
  • progress and statistics

This data is required to provide core gameplay functionality, cloud saving, and account synchronization.

Authentication and Login

The App uses Unity Authentication to manage user identity.

Users may sign in using Google Play Login, which acts as an authentication provider. During this process:

• authentication is handled securely by Google Play Services,
• Unity Authentication creates a unique user identifier,
• the App does not access or store Google account credentials.

Google may process user data in accordance with its own privacy policies.

Cloud Save

The App uses Unity Cloud Save, a Unity service that enables cloud-based storage of gameplay data.

Unity Cloud Save may process:

• gameplay progress
• game statistics
• device identifiers
• Unity Authentication user identifiers

This data is used solely to synchronize game progress across devices and sessions.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing.

We do not collect, store, or process payment information. All payment transactions are handled directly by Google.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Unity Services (Unity Authentication, Unity Cloud Save)
• Google Play Services (authentication and billing)

These services may collect information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

How We Use Data

Collected data is used to:

• provide and maintain App functionality
• authenticate users
• save and restore game progress
• improve gameplay experience
• comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality or as required by law.

Users may delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App. Cloud-stored data may remain associated with the user’s Unity Authentication account.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

Security

User Data Deletion

Users of our application can request the deletion of their data (including game saves stored in Unity Cloud Services) at any time. To initiate this process, please send an email to: magdzmic@gmail.com with the subject line "Request for Data Deletion".

Once we receive your request, we will process it and remove all data associated with your account from our systems as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
